Whichever means you choose to contact me, I will be pleased to answer any questions you may have.
I recommend initially that you request some samples from me to satisfy yourself as to the quality of my Products.
If you then decide that you would like me to produce a Card or Leaflet I will then advise as to how this can be done.
Your location will determine whether I am able to take your photographs (preferable) or if I must ask that you supply these yourself
, in which case I will need good quality photographic prints or high resolution digital images (250dpi minimum at final size).
Processing Your Order
Step 1 Have all necessary photographs, text, logos, artwork, etc. available. I usually write the text for you if you supply the basic information.
Step 2 Decide which Product(s) is required and how many - the more you can afford the cheaper it works out for you in the long term.
Step 3 Confirm your Order by payment of the appropriate deposit -
Order Value up to £1000 - 75%
Order Value over £1000 - 90%
Balance payable on delivery
Distant Orders (where I do not or cannot visit) need to be paid in full when the Order is placed.
Step 4 I then design for your approval a proof for Cards or a draft for Leaflets based on your instructions.
Step 5 It is only after this approval is given that your Order will be sent for printing (a Leaflet proof will be supplied shortly afterwards for your final consent).
Step 6 Your Order will be delivered, by myself wherever possible, usually within 4/5 weeks from receipt of your deposit or full payment. Unfortunately no guarantee can be given for the actual date of delivery, and postage may have to be charged for distant locations.
Please allow at least 7 weeks for the whole process, especially if you have a deadline in mind.
And Finally...
Step 7 You show all your Friends and Business Associates your wonderful new photographic literature and send them all in my direction!

Notes
1. Copyright of Malcolm Kerrs original photography, artwork, etc. remains with him unless purchased outright by the Customer. If the Customer wishes to use Malcolm Kerrs work for any other purpose, permission must be obtained and a Reproduction Fee may be requested.
2. Where third party photographs and/or other materials are to be used, the Customer shall be responsible for obtaining permission as appropriate and shall indemnify Malcolm Kerr from any claims arising thereof.
3. If, after the bulk of the preliminary work has been concluded, the Customer puts the Order on hold, there can then be a significant delay before the deposit is paid. In these circumstances a down-payment of 20% or £60 (whichever is the greater) is respectfully requested in acknowledgment of the work carried out by Malcolm Kerr to that point. The sum paid will be deducted from the Deposit when the Order is resumed.
